I tried thawing it in the refrigerator last night but it was still partially frozen by the time I took it out this morning. It's a 2 lb. roast and I started cooking it on HIGH in the crock pot with some vegetables and beef broth.
How long and at what temperature setting should I cook the roast? Thanks in advance!
It should be good to go by suppertime. Either low or high temp. cook about 4-6 hours.
